The following Terms of Use govern the use of services provided by FDSE AB (referred to as Sustainable Fashion Academy or SFA). Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully.

Payment Conditions

The registration to a Sustainable Fashion Academy learning experience is binding. As a registrant, you are personally responsible for the cost of a course or webinar (VAT may apply).

  • Sustainability Fundamentals course fees must be paid in full no later than 1 week before the start of a course (final payment date) to secure your seat.
  • Webinar fees and program fees are to be paid at the time of registration.

We accept payment via online payment. Please contact us or the respective contact person listed for each learning experience to pay with our invoicing option.

Cancellation

Cancellation of Sustainability Fundamentals course registrations

If you need to cancel your Sustainability Fundamentals course registration, the following terms apply:

  • Up to 3 weeks before the course start, 95% of the total tuition will be refunded
  • After 3 weeks before the course start, no tuition will be refunded
  • An exception is made in case of illness proved by a doctor’s certificate, in which case the participant will be refunded 90% of total tuition if cancelled before the start of the course. No refunds will be given if such cancellations are made after the start of the course.

Note that you have the option of finding a replacement to take your seat at no extra cost. You must inform us in writing and provide contact details including email address for the participant taking your spot.

Cancellation of other webinar and program registrations

If you need to cancel your webinar or program registration, the following terms apply:

  • Up to 8 weeks prior to webinar or program start: 95% of the total fee will be refunded.
  • In between 8 weeks and 2 weeks prior to webinar or program start: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to webinar or program start: no fee will be refunded.
  • An exception is made in case of illness proved by a doctor’s certificate, in which case the participant will be refunded 90% of total fee if cancelled before the start of the webinar or program. No refunds will be given if such cancellations are made after the start of the webinar/program.

Cancellation by The Sustainable Fashion Academy

We reserve the right to cancel a course, webinar or program due to low enrolment up to 10 business days before the course, webinar or program starts.

Keep this in mind when planning. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case, at which time:

  • You may join a different course, webinar or program of the same value at no extra cost, or;
  • You may receive a full refund.

Personal Use & Use of User ID/Password

When using sustainablefashionacademy.org as a registered user, part of the Sustainable Fashion Academy Community, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your registration information. We (The Sustainable Fashion Academy) have access to your profile information, but do not have access to your password. If you have forgotten your password you may use the “Forgot password” function available.

You are not allowed to sell, transfer or sublicense your registration information. Your registration information and profile are personal.

You may not share, reproduce, or sell the work of others presented on sustainablefashionacademy.org, the forum or other platforms we use for e.g. webinars without explicit consent from the creator or Sustainable Fashion Academy respectively.
