STICA PARTNERS

The Apparel Impact Institute (AII)

AII identifies, funds, scales, and measures the apparel and footwear industry’s proven environmental impact solutions AII plays the critical role of a technical clearing house for AII’s partner brands, manufacturers, and philanthropic donors, validating and aggregating proven environment initiatives. Focus areas are energy, water, and chemistry.

The European Outdoor Association (EOG)

EOG is an industry organization, acting as the voice of the outdoor industry. STICA is collaborating with EOG in a range of ways, including energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and climate action education.

The Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action

Under the auspices of UN Climate Change, fashion stakeholders, including SFA / STICA worked during 2018 to identify ways in which the broader textile, clothing and fashion industry can move towards a holistic commitment to climate action. As a result the Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action which contains the vision to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. The Fashion Industry Charter was launched at COP24 in Katowice, Poland, in December 2018.

The Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC)

SFA has been a non-profit affiliated member of SAC since its inception. The SAC is an independent and impact-creating organization, that seeks to lead the industry toward a shared vision of sustainability that is based on a joint multi-stakeholder approach for measuring, improving and sharing performance. As an affiliate member, SFA participants in relevant SAC activities and provides constructive feedback in order to ensure it is contributing positively towards industry transformation and key sustainability goals.

Sustainable Fashion By Sweden Platform in Bangladesh

STICA is an advisor for a newly launched Swedish platform in Bangladesh, which aims to support both technical and knowledge transfer between the nordic and Bangladesh companies and governments, with the aim to accelerate sustainable business practice.
